ساخت و اعتباریابی مقیاس مسئولیت‌پذیری بزرگسالان با تأکید بر تئوری انتخاب گلاسر

چکیده

مسئولیت‌پذیری از ویژگی‌های اصیل انسانی است که رشد و تکامل فرد و جامعه انسانی و همچنین حفاظت از طبیعت در گرو آن است. بدین صورت که از طریق مسئولیت‌پذیری رابطه انسان با خود، همنوعان و طبیعت متعادل می‌گردد. هدف این پژوهش ساخت و هنجاریابی مقیاس مسئولیت‌پذیری در شهروندان تهران است. روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل شهروندان منطقه 14 تهران بود. از این تعداد 240 نفر به عنوان نمونه، با استفاده از شیوه نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و پس از توزیع پرسشنامه، از روایی محتوایی، روایی عاملی اکتشافی و تاییدی استفاده گردید. نتایج تحلیل اکتشافی، مسئولیت‌پذیری را در پنج مولفه احساس ارزشمندی، خودکنترلی، واقع‌گرایی، احساس تعهد و خودکارآمدی نام‌گذاری کرد. همچنین در تحلیل تاییدی میزان شاخص‌های برازش به نسبت مطلوب بود. برای محاسبه پایایی مقیاس مسئولیت‌پذیری از روش آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد که 91/0، برای عامل اول 61/0، عامل دوم 67/0، عامل سوم 52/0، عامل چهارم 82/0 و عامل پنجم 75/0 برآورد شد. بر این اساس، مقیاس محقق ساخته مسئولیت‌پذیری از پایایی بالایی برخوردار است.

That is the responsibility of man's relationship with his fellow human beings and nature is balanced. Objective: This study Construction and standardization of scale is the responsibility of the citizens of Tehran. Methods: This descriptive survey. The population consisted of residents of district 14 in Tehran. Of these 240 samples, were selected by convenience sampling method and then distribute the questionnaire, content validity, reliability exploratory and confirmatory factor was used. The results of exploratory responsibility in the five components of self-worth, self-control, realism, commitment and self-named. The analysis also confirm the fit indices were relatively favorable. Cronbach's alpha was used to calculate the reliability responsibility scale that 0/91, for the first of 0/61, the second of 0/67, the third factor of 0/52, the fourth factor 0/82 and the fifth factor 0/75 respectively. Accordingly, the scale developed by the researchers is the responsibility of higher reliability.
