The purpose of this study was to provide a structural model of organizational health based on cultural intelligence and organizational intelligence in second-grade secondary schools in Tehran. The research community has 420 managers and teachers secondary school teachers in Tehran. Of which, a sample size of 208 were selected based on Cochran's formula and randomly selected and assigned to three Hui and Fidman organizational health questionnaires (1996), Cognitive Cognition (2006) and Albrecht's Intelligence (2003), whose credibility was established by Cronbach's alpha method. The findings of the research showed that there is a relationship between organizational intelligence and cultural intelligence with organizational health, as well as the fitting indicators presented by the model show that the model was desirable. The results also showed that the dimensions of cultural intelligence and organizational intelligence have an impact on organizational health and the most direct effect can be called the direct effect of strategic insights on the dimensions of organizational intelligence and behavior from the dimensions of cultural intelligence on organizational health. As a result, it can be said that cultural intelligence and organizational intelligence play an important role in the organizational health of high school Secondary School principals in Tehran, and officials should work on the promotion of these components.
