سنجش اثربخشی پذیرش و تعهد درمانی بر سازگاری زناشویی همسران جانباز شهر تهران

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر به بررسی میزان اثرمندی پذیرش و تعهد درمانی بر سازگاری زناشویی در همسران جانبازان شهر تهران پرداخته است. طرح این پژوهش، طرح نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه‌ پژوهش، شامل تمامی همسران جانبازان مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز درمانی منطقه‌ 5 شهر تهران در نیمه‌ دوم سال 1394 بود. اعضای نمونه پژوهش حاضر، 28 نفر از همسران جانبازان منطقه 5 شهر تهران بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری داوطلبانه از بین مراجعان به مراکز درمانی آموزش و پرورش منطقه 5 شهر تهران انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه 14 نفری آزمایش و گواه قرار گرفتند. اعضای گروه آزمایش تحت درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد قرار گرفتند اما اعضای گروه گواه مداخله‌ای دریافت نکردند. پس از اجرای درمان، از اعضای هر دو گروه پس‌آزمون گرفته شد. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه سازگاری زناشویی اسپاینر (1976) بود. در نهایت داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده از شیوه‌ آماری تحلیل کوواریانس، تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که پذیرش و تعهد درمانی موجب سازگاری زناشویی در همسران جانبازان شهر تهران شده است.

چکیده [English]

This study was conducted to investigate the efficacy of acceptance and commitment therapy on the marital adjustment of war veteran’s spouse. The population of this study includes all spouses of veterans of region 5 of Tehran who visited to the medical centers of region 5 in Tehran during the second half of 94. The samples of study were 28 members of war veterans' wives of Region five in Tehran that has been selected by the voluntary sampling among the clients of medical centers of education of region 5 in Tehran and were Assignmented randomly in the both experimental and control groups of 14 persons. Member of the experimental group treated based on acceptance and commitment therapy but did not perform any intervention in the control group. After application of treatment carried out the post-test on the two groups. The research instruments was the Walker and Spanierʼs dyadic adjustment  scale (1976). finally, the data have been analyzed by Analysis of Covariance. The results showed that acceptance and commitment therapy has lead to increasing marital adjustment of the spouses of veterans.
